Ali sher’s performance was funny today :) Based on last weekend’s performances Bishakh Jyoti got the the highest votes, Kamal Khan 2nd and Sniti Mishra was 3rd. Khurram Iqbal, Abhilasha Chellum and Ali Sher were in bottom 3 today. Unfortunately Khurram Iqbal was the one to go today and he has been voted out of Saregamapa Singing Superstar.

It was great happy episode!!!
But sometimes i feel i am watching some punjabi show…lol…too much punjabi.
After coming to this point of journey, i think certain singers when they come they really leave a bench mark in audience through their performances…with confidence..with their “PADCHUND” voice..etc. These are Kamal khan, Ranjeet, Ali sher.
I would also like to put some words about Abhilasha. She is the most versatile singer in the show. She has given consistently not good, but excellent performances. Seeing her today in the unsafe zone was not a pleasant moment.
For Sniti, still my view is same. Her voice is not pleasant for the ears sometimes. Only only very very slow and soft songs, she can make a diamond. Faster songs, she will hear like…its like you feel high TAMPO suddenly. She is not able to pronounce words properly, i think. When Sughandha, abhilasha sings you can hear clear words. Well, wish her good luck about song selections.

I haven’t heard a singer like Kamal Khan in Saregamapa since 2005(I have been following the program since then). He has got a soulful voice which has depth! I wish he wins the title!
Diwali Mubarak to all the Contestants,Mentors, and all those involved in making Saregamapa Show a great one. will wait for the next episode to further comment. Once again where are all the comments from viewers? it is very important to all involved for feedback to improve and better performances.

If kamal khan is so versatile why is never singing something else like a song of Kishore Kumar? I don’t understand why people don’t get bored with the same style every week again and again.
I think nobody can become such versatile that they can sing all kind of songs. But everybody should try few styles.
Yes, Kamal is becoming monotonous because of singing same type (& Punjabi mostly) of songs.
What I mean to say is that Sniti gave performances of: Ustd Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Asha Bhosle, Shankar Mahadevan, Hariharan, Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan, Lata Mangeshkar, Anuradha Sharma, Noor Jehan, Manna Dey, Yesudas and still people on this forum keep saying that kamal khan is versatile, he’s singing the same style everytime again and again!!!

Yes I am agree with Juliet.Even if kamal is a good singer but not versatile.He is not comfotable with soft songs.His 6th November’s performance is not upto the mark.He is performing same style songs again again.Since is voice texture and range is high he is not comfortable with slow melodious songs what i think.On the other hand I agree with juliet sniti gave good and different performances of some legendary singers. She is the singer which is quite comfortable all types of songs apparently. When ever i am listening her everytime i found somthing fresh in her voice.But again Sniti ji you have to work hard because all contestants are also doing very well . Common ..India…Bhubaneswar … vote for Sniti Jiii……
Kamal khan is a mindblowing singer and deserved to get best performance. Bishakh really deserved to get the highest vote last week. This week I think it should go to Kamal,.
It really hurt to see Abhilasha and Ali Sher in the danger zone. Abhilasha is one of the best . Sniti, for me did not deserve to get third highest voted contestant… Her voice is unique, but she still needs to make some more progress for her own career. Ali Sher was one of the best last week. Ranjeet was mindblowing today, but not that good last week.So, I would say vote for the deserving contestant whoever it is, regardless of who you like as they are all very good.
Juliet, Kamal did sang these singers – Rahat, Sukhvinder, Kishore Kumar (Tera phoolon jaisa rang..), Sardoor, Wadali Brothers, Shaan, Adnan, etc.
I don’t understand Punjabi, as I am not one. However, when this guy sings, I don’t feel the need to understand. That’s music, and that’s an artist!! Priyam, you are right on spot, Sniti didn’t deserve to be 3rd higest vote-getter. She is great, and I think, her ‘Mora Saiyan to hai pardes’ was probably one of the top 3 so far, but she sucks at normal songs. This Friday’s performance was a disaster. She did good though, on Saturday.
All contestants are great, but I see Ranjeet, Sniti, Ali Sher (because he’s not from India) going in next few weeks. Kamal/Sugandha/Abhilasha/Bishakh are going to be there for last rounds.
