With young geniuses like Sajid- Wajid, Vishal-Shekhar and Daler Mehendi for judges, the show bears the promise of a fine blend of its own glorious heritage with the spunk and vibrancy of today's times. A fresh look, a hip & happening set, a hit anchor and an instantly catchy brand-new title track will lend a very contemporary feel to the show and motivate the youth to deliver one breath-taking performance after another! The quest at Sa Re Ga Ma Pa this year is to hunt out India's "Singing Superstar" - not just a good voice, not a playback singer but a youthful voice that can rock the nation!
1. Firstly, my impression and image of Khrithik Roshan has totally changed. I held him in my mind as “just another Bollywood boy” but as it turns out he is a cultured pearl and has cared to nurture a professional mind imbued with self motivating and winning ‘tools’ in his mind that he shared and put them across to such a large audience in simple but powerful words. The first law of success is that one has to have knowledge, skills (hoonar, jalwa etc), quality and excellence and integrity. The second law of success is that one has to make the effort to give people something of quality and value (or benefit) or something that garners appreciation before nature can send the rewards and the quantum of rewards is a measure of what you give in a competitive world. Within this context, which is so integral to Indian culture (and competitions in Zee as well) Khrithk’s comments are gems for making professionals and good managers. Love you and you deserve stardom.
2. Perhaps, the time has come for Sniti to sing Pyar Kia Tho Dharna Kia (from MughliAzam) to impress the audience on how exceedingly well her voice fits into this song and an all time evergreen classic.
