With young geniuses like Sajid- Wajid, Vishal-Shekhar and Daler Mehendi for judges, the show bears the promise of a fine blend of its own glorious heritage with the spunk and vibrancy of today's times. A fresh look, a hip & happening set, a hit anchor and an instantly catchy brand-new title track will lend a very contemporary feel to the show and motivate the youth to deliver one breath-taking performance after another! The quest at Sa Re Ga Ma Pa this year is to hunt out India's "Singing Superstar" - not just a good voice, not a playback singer but a youthful voice that can rock the nation!
Ranjeet Rajawada is a true singing star. Who worships his music / Sangeet.
When the judges has given standing ovation to all the other contestant they did not bother to express there real joy for this young but very strong singer who plays his own music. Even Bappiji said that he could not stand up because he became emotional. He could have loved this young boy with all his emotions may be with tears in his eyes. Thanks to Vajidbhai who came forward and gifted him that golden chain through Bappi Lahiri. Ranjeet! keep singing beautiful Gazals and please take care of your health. May God bless you.
After the sniti the show is bore…………………………. toooo much bore
judges are more into appriciating mood now a days.
hope Mr Jagjit Singh and Mr Sonu Nigam has not listen wht he sang that day.
Comeon MAN u can do it more better ………!
dont chill work hard. we are there to listen you
Agree…it was way to ordinary performance. Though I hope and wish he feels better with his health.
HI RNJEET BHAI! IAM FROM PAKISTAN AND VERY PROUD TO HAVE YOU AS A LOVER OF USTAD GHULAM ALI KHAN SAHB. THIS THE VOICE OF YOU SINGERS WHICH NOW HAS A PROMINANT VICTORY OVER THE BLOODY HATE BETWEEN THE TWIN CONTRIES INDIA AND PAKISTAN. I HAVE A SOUND HOPE OF ITS CONTINUETY.
YAR TUM APNI AWAZ KO MAZEED SAAF OR POWERFULL BNANY K LIAY ,SOTAY WAQT DOOD MEIN BARI ELAECHE OR DAALCHEENI MELLA KAR PEYA KARO. THANX
Ranjeet, it was a very disappointing performance. This is one my favourite ghazal from Bollywood movies. Hope this has nothing to do with your ongoing health issues.
ur performance was just not a bad one, agar kuch buri thee bhe tu sirf apki pichle wrong singing selection hi wja say jis nay k apka galla khrab keaa. please just opt the gazals to perform bcoz ur tone is speciefied for and accustomed to sing the gazalz only. u r not to sing the POP.
ALI
RANJEET BHAI, PLEAS SELECT A GAZAL FROM JJ WANTI RAGNI TO PERFORM & PRESENT THE TRIBUTE TO ALL THE MAHA GAZAL STARS. PLEASE MUKHRRA ZROOR GAEAY GA.
Ranjeet, was not off..this was also a good performance. Eventhough he is singing other ghazal singers’ ghazals, he has his own voice and recognition. His voice is perfect for ghazal. He was not off track like Ali, no matter what song he was given. I also loved his “Kabhi to nazar milao” better than Adnan Sami.
After having such difficulty in breathing…to gasp and sing with high tone, its commendable!!!
He was truly better than Ali, last week. He deserves to be there in top 5.
“Main hawa hun, kahan watan mera” was outstanding…
I am sure that he will be one of the finalist.
This season, only these people i will remember: Mampi (she was my favorite after Ranjeet), Mugdha (she brought something different in the competition-opera), Sniti(Her voice i love in slow songs, she is pure singer with no mixing) and Ranjeet.
Ranjeet and Sniti, they worship singing. I liked Fareed too.
If Ranjeet goes out than i will go for Abhilasha. Not kamal, not Sugandha, not Bishakh.
